AzzurriPathway provides football training, match placement, and player development services in Turin, Italy. Participation is subject to successful application, medical clearance, and payment of program fees. Players must hold a valid passport and meet entry requirements for their chosen program tier.
All program fees are quoted in Euros (EUR). A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a place. The remaining balance is due before program commencement unless a monthly payment plan has been agreed in writing. Bank transfer is the accepted payment method. Players choosing upfront payment receive a 10% discount on the total program fee.
The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund of fees paid beyond the deposit. Cancellations between 30–60 days before commencement receive a 50% refund of remaining fees. No refund is issued for cancellations within 30 days of the program start date.
Players must carry valid travel and medical insurance covering football-related injuries for the full duration of the program. AzzurriPathway is not liable for injuries sustained during training or matches. A medical declaration form must be completed before arrival.
Players are expected to maintain professional conduct at all times. AzzurriPathway reserves the right to terminate participation without refund in cases of repeated misconduct, violation of local laws, or actions that bring the program or partner clubs into disrepute.
AzzurriPathway facilitates exposure to professional and semi-professional clubs but does not guarantee any player a contract or trial with a specific club. Placement opportunities depend on performance, availability, and club requirements.
By participating, players grant AzzurriPathway a non-exclusive licence to use photographs, video footage, and player profiles for promotional, scouting, and social media purposes. Players may request removal of specific content by written notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turin, Italy.
AzzurriPathway reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
